No more AT&T partnership with Dish Network.

By the end of the year, the relationship between Dish Network and AT&T will come to an end.

AT&T and Dish Network have had a partnership to sell AT&T’s “Triple-Play” package that consists of TV, phone, and internet packages. This started in July of 2003.

As a result of this Dish Network shares fell 6% in after-market trading.

There seems to be a bidding war between Dish Network and DirecTV, the nation’s #1 satellite-TV provider

International Programming

The United States is a melting pot when it comes to nationalities. Gone are the days when it was predominantly people of European descent (read: White settlers), African descent, and American Indians (indigenous inhabitants of this land).

For example, they are the only satellite television provider to offer Thuan Viet, a Vietnamese channel.
